Full Moon in Aquarius August 3, 2020

Oscar Wilde, poet and playwright, was quoted as saying, “Be yourself, everyone else is taken”. That really speaks volumes of this Aquarian full moon. On August 3rd it flows abundant charges of originality, imaginative and spontaneous creativity into our minds and hearts and blesses our delightfully unique souls with just the right amount of courage to bust out a rousing chorus of “I gotta be me”.

It’s true, there is no one exactly like you and there never will be. In a sea of people milling about the planet, you are the only you.

Your uniqueness is intimately connected to your dreams and desires. It all works together and that is exactly the plan. You are to approach life with your own perspective and make a beautiful mark on the world. What frustrates you the most is how difficult it is to grab onto your purpose and own it. You experience self doubt, commitment phobia and quite a bit of lethargy from the exhaustion of living life in envy or expectation of others. Thankfully this full moon wants to blast you out of your rut and launch you straight into, what my business coach, Lisa Mininni calls, your contribution to the world. When you are living from your contribution, you are focused, forward thinking, confident and in alignment with your purpose.

The Full moon also helps us recognise that our contribution to the world is enhanced when it brings joy and success to others. Let's do a candle ritual that will bring more awareness of your purpose and help you align it with the right people and right situations. After the meditation, write down your impressions, any messages you got on a piece of paper or in your journal. Upon reflection, is there anyone in your life who resonates with what you discovered about yourself? If not, think about doing an attraction ritual to open the path between you and them. Light the candle daily to remind you that you are something special and an important part of the universal plan. Know that it is not complete without you, so wake up and join the party!
