March 14, 2023 – Mars in Gemini square Neptune in Pisces – Low energy day. Watch out for shady people who may take advantage of you. If you plan to be shady or deceptive, blowback may occur.

March 15, 2023 – Sun conjoins Neptune in Pisces – Avoid being caught up in a victim mindset. If someone is taking advantage of you, cut the cord.

March 16, 2023 – Venus in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn – Manipulation tactics in relationships will backfire. If you need to play a game to get what you want, then the relationship is just not worth it. Avoid falling under someone else’s control.

March 17, 2023 -- Mercury in Pisces square Mars in Gemini. – Strife and Discord is the name of the game with Mercury square Mars. Be careful of what you say, because arguments and disagreements will easily happen.

Full Moon in Virgo 

The Full Moon occurs this month in the sign of Virgo on March 7, 2023. The Full Moon is a two-week cycle where we can release situations in our lives that are no longer working. You can use this cycle to break bad habits, remove negative or obsessive thought patterns, leave a toxic work situation, and open the doorway for something new.

This New Moon is about your personal agenda and going after what you want in your life. You can look at this New Moon as your moment to plant seeds for the rest of the year. On the practical level, use this New Moon to start new projects, remove obstacles from your life, increase your personal potency, and break away from negative influences. In other words, the Aries New Moon is all about you, so take advantage of it.

February 27, 2023 – March 5, 2023

The first week of March is interesting because all the action takes place on Thursday when Venus conjoins Jupiter, Mercury conjoins Saturn, and Mercury moves out of Aquarius and into Pisces, the sign of his fall.

We start the week on Monday, with the Moon moving through social Gemini. You may feel that “Chatty Cathy” has possessed your soul because your need to connect with others will be at an all-time high, continuing throughout the day on Tuesday.

The middle of the week starts with the Moon moving through sensitive Cancer, and your emotions may be more intense than normal. The good news is that “La Luna” forms aspects to both benefits (Venus and Jupiter), so it should be a decent day. However, on Thursday, you may feel out of sorts as Venus conjoins Jupiter and Mercury conjoins Saturn. These aspects are contradictory. Venus wants to have fun and enjoy the pleasures of life. Whereas Mercury conjunct Saturn is a serious and somber aspect, and you will have to give way to both. My suggestion – get what you need to complete out of the way, and be sure to take care of your responsibilities, but also carve out some time to enjoy your life.

This weekend, the Moon moves into fiery Leo. It’s an excellent weekend to go out and do things you enjoy, perhaps a little shopping or an evening out on the town with your inner circle or special someone. The key to the weekend is allowing your inner child to play a little.

March 6, 2023 – March 12, 2023

Ordinarily this week, the headliner would be the Full Moon in Virgo, but after two and a half years, Saturn moves out of Aquarius and dives into the deep waters of Pisces. On the positive side of the spectrum, Saturn in Pisces needs to feel connected to others, which could mean we move into a more compassionate and empathetic cycle, and this could lead to opportunities to bridge divisions and heal old wounds. However, the challenging side of Saturn in Pisces is that it could lead to cult-like tendencies and people being pulled into extreme ideologies. So, keep your guard up!

This week begins with a lovely sextile between the Sun and Uranus. Uranian aspects like to stir things up and make life more interesting. You may decide to learn new things, step outside your comfort zone and start a new project, or engage in new hobbies. Sun sextile Uranus is also a great time to make changes in your life and to escape stagnant or repressive situations.

During the middle of the week, the Moon will move through fair and balanced Libra. Libra moons are perfect for focusing on relationships and spending quality time with your partner on both the business and romantic fronts. Since Venus, the ruler of Libra, is in Aries, this is also the best time of the month to meet your needs, and have difficult conversations if they are needed. Always seek compromise, and avoid making matters more difficult.

This weekend, Venus sextiles Mars and Mercury sextiles Uranus. It’s the perfect weekend to think outside the box, explore new opportunities, and do things that excite you. Make sure you break away from your normal routine, or you may feel you are missing out on life, which could lead to depressive or negative based thoughts. Plus, with Venus sextile Mars, you may focus on love and romance rather than mundane matters.

March 13, 2023 – March 19, 2023

The third week of March is the busiest and one of the toughest astrological weeks I’ve ever seen – and I mean EVER. This week features (brace yourself) nine major aspects and two sign changes. So, yes, it’s going to be one busy week. Let’s dive right in.

The first aspect of the week occurs on Tuesday when Mars squares Neptune in Pisces. Mars square Neptune is low energy, which often triggers feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and loss of confidence. You may have to contend with unresolved issues from the past, especially if you’ve taken a recent walk on the aisle of shadiness. Your past actions may haunt you, and while Mars squares Neptune, it's best to be as forthcoming as possible, and apologize when necessary.

The Neptunian theme continues during the middle of the week when the Sun makes its annual conjunction to Neptune. Since this occurs as Mercury conjoins Neptune, you may be swept away in a river of confusion. This is not the best time to make decisions, because Neptune muddies the waters and makes it difficult to see the forest between the trees. Any major decisions you make, you may regret it later. To add insult to injury (yes, this week is a tough one), Venus squares Pluto before she leaves Aries and moves into Taurus. You may experience intensity within your relationships, especially if you’ve avoided making necessary changes because you were afraid to shake the apple cart. Avoid hanging onto dysfunctional situations because they are comfortable.

The intensity continues this weekend as Mercury forms a discordant square to Mars. Be careful with what you say to others, because arguments can easily happen, and things can quickly get out of control. It’s best to stay away from people who push your buttons. On Sunday, Mercury moves into Aries and then goes into mutual reception with Mars. This should calm things down, and cooler heads will prevail.

March 20, 2023 – March 26, 2023

This week, we usher in the change of the seasons as we say goodbye to winter and hello to spring because the Sun moves out of Pisces and into fiery Aries. We also have the planets (Sun, Pluto, and Mars) changing signs and a New Moon in Aries.

The week starts on Monday when the Sun in Pisces makes its last aspect (Sun sextile Pluto) to Pluto. This is the perfect energy to clean out old problems and issues from your life. As you perform your spring-cleaning rituals, you can also clean your soul by getting rid of any debris in your life that no longer serves you. Later in the day, the Sun moves into Aries, and you will notice your energy levels will increase. You will feel an urge to be more productive and have the tenacity to take charge of your life. The Sun gets a major assist this year from Jupiter, who is also in Aries, and this dovetails into the New Moon on Tuesday. It’s time to make your move and make sure you don’t miss out on your moment. 

Midweek, the Moon shifts into financially oriented Taurus. You can use this energy to create budgets, focus on financial security, and make necessary purchases. It’s also the perfect time to do home improvements and make your surroundings beautiful. On Thursday, Pluto dips out of Capricorn and into Aquarius. Although Pluto will only stay in the sign of the water-bearer for a few months this year, he returns to Aquarius in January, where he will stay until 2043.

This weekend, Mars moves out of Gemini and into emotional Cancer, the sign of his fall. In Cancer, Mars is not as direct as he is in other signs, and can shy away from confrontation. As difficult as it may be, you may need to push away fears of rejection or emotional isolation, and stand your ground.

March 27, 2023 – April 2, 2023

The week starts on Tuesday when Mercury conjoins Jupiter in Aries. Mercury conjunct Jupiter is an excellent aspect for improving your mindset because you will be more broad-minded and optimistic. You can see the big picture and make plans for the future that yield positive results. However, pay close attention to details before making any investments or final decisions. Since Mercury and Jupiter are ruled by impulsive Mars, it’s good to also check the facts.

Towards the middle of the week, we have a pair of contradictory aspects, as Mars trines Saturn and Venus conjoins Uranus in Taurus. Mars trine Saturn is concerned with stability and effective strategies, and it’s willing to be patient and work hard to get results. On the other hand, Venus conjunct Uranus is disruptive and challenging, especially in relationships. Venus conjunct Uranus can be a joy killer, and the key to working with this aspect is to be proactive rather than reactive. Use your wise mind as much as possible, and if relationships reach an end or turning point, practice radical acceptance, rather than holding onto something that is not working.

This weekend, the Moon moves through Leo. It’s time to let your inner child loose and do something you enjoy. For most, the weather will be getting warmer, which is perfect for outside activities and getting together with your social circle. On Sunday, the Moon moves into Virgo, and it’s an excellent time to wrap up loose ends and put your “house” in order before the start of the new week.
